Officially an old person
Are cell phones the new lighters? I'm at a concert last night, and at one point I see lots of people waving glowing things in the air. At first I thought, "huh, lots of glow sticks, that's odd." Then I realized people were taking out their cell phones and waving them, the way you used to wave a lighter. Is this a new thing, or am I just an old person now?

They have been doing that for a few years now. Most of them are taking pictures. It makes me sad, too. What concert?
