Minus a million points for style
So I'm chatting with the guy in the next office, and I asked him to let me know if the music I was playing on my computer bothered him.
"Oh what are you playing? Did you bring in a CD?"
"No," I said. "It's this streaming radio thing from XM."
So he asks me about it, and I showed him how it works (AOL has a deal with them apparently) and he says something to the effect of "wow that's pretty cool, you're all hip with the technology."
I paused, "well, technically cool, but...I'm listening to the show tunes channel."
And I turn up the volume to Liza Minelli singing "Cabaret."
"Oh," he says. "Yeah, that's not cool at all."
